Once a bike box has been dispatched you cannot cancel or refund your order. However, you are entitled to a refund or replacement for any reasonable manufacturing faults. Please make us aware of any manufacturing issues via email with photos at email@example.com.
If you purchased your SHERPR Bike Box from an authorised online store or retail shop then you must contact them directly. We understand that all authorised online stores and retail shops have their own specific return policies.
